In the event that the buyer places an order (acquires a software or service), he confirms his agreement with this document.
Before paying for the project (connecting the AutoParts module, additional programming services) to its website, the buyer undertakes to carefully read the functionality of the AutoParts module as well as the minimum requirements for hosting. Paying the project, the buyer automatically confirms that the technical task of the project, the functionality, the fullness of the bases — is made in full compliance with its requirements.
Staff of itecdoc.com does everything in its power to ensure that any demand for the return of funds is prevented through negotiations with the buyer. However, if the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the services or the acquired software, he can receive a refund of money, subject to the conditions described below:
1) A request for a refund was received prior to the installation of module files on the client’s host.
2) From the moment of payment, more than 2 calendar days have not passed.
3) Requested a return to the same Payment service with which payment was made.
If these conditions are not met, itecdoc.com reserves the right to withhold some of the paid funds. The amount of withheld funds is determined individually based on data about which files have already been transferred to the buyer, and how much work has already been completed.

All applications are processed within 1-2 business days, and payment is made at the end of the current month.
The duration of the transaction is from 1 to 3 banking days.
If the buyer received a refund, he undertakes to remove the software (modules, media-files, templates & databse) and all of its parts and not use it for any purpose.
